Terms of Service
The rules for using IronLog — including the subscription terms and the health & fitness disclaimer you should actually read.
01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IronLog mobile app (iOS and Android) and the IronLog website (together, the "Service"), operated by an individual developer ("IronLog", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
02Description of the service
IronLog is a fitness-tracking app that lets you build training plans, log workouts, track progression, view analytics and history, and use related features such as templates, goals, achievements, and cool-down stretch routines. Core features are free with no trial or time limit; a paid Premium tier unlocks additional features. Current Free and Premium features are described on the Website and inside the app, and may change over time as described in Section 12.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service, or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that's higher, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where your country's law permits a lower age with such consent. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
04Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at michaldoroz7@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
05Health & fitness disclaimer
IronLog is a training-logging and planning tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. The workout plans, auto-progression suggestions, and stretch routines the app generates are based on general rules you configure, not an assessment of your individual health. Talk to a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You use the Service, and follow any plan, progression, or stretch suggestion it generates, entirely at your own risk. IronLog is not liable for injury or health issues arising from your use of the Service.
06Subscriptions & payments
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing and billing periods are shown in the app and in the App Store / Google Play listing at the time of purchase, and may change; we'll give reasonable notice before a price change affects an existing subscription.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. To cancel, manage your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we don't have the ability to cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not directly by IronLog.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where the law explicitly allows it; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without our permission.
08Your content
Any custom exercises, notes, or other content you create in the app remain yours. By adding it, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and display it back to you as part of operating the Service. You're responsible for making sure the content you add doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
09Intellectual property
The IronLog name, logo, app design, and underlying code and content are owned by IronLog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use IronLog's branding or code beyond using the Service as intended.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app, or by contacting michaldoroz7@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
11Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronLog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence (for example, mandatory consumer-protection rights if you're an EU consumer).
12Changes to the service or these terms
We actively develop IronLog, which means features, including which are Free and which are Premium, may change, be added, or be removed over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms or to the boundary between Free and Premium, through the app, the Website, or email.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply and grant you additional rights that cannot be waived.
